AI Software Engineer

Overview

The AI Software Engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning solutions that augment Exafort's enterprise software implementations. You will work at the intersection of generative AI and business applications, building intelligent features that automate workflows, surface insights, and deliver measurable value to clients across industries.

Objectives & Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI/ML models and pipelines for enterprise use cases
• Integrate generative AI capabilities into NetSuite, Salesforce, and other platforms
• Build intelligent automation for data processing, forecasting, and anomaly detection
• Collaborate with consultants and project managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Evaluate and recommend AI tools, frameworks, and APIs
• Develop proof-of-concept prototypes and production-grade AI features
• Stay current with advances in LLMs, NLP, computer vision, and related fields

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience building AI/ML applications in production environments
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and modern ML frameworks
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and API integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices
• Experience with enterprise applications (ERP/CRM) is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
